Who is responsible?

Your enquiry

We collect your name, email address and message to respond to your enquiry and handle any follow-up. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries. Please avoid sending sensitive information. We do not use your enquiry for marketing.

Service providers

Vercel hosts this website and processes requests. Resend delivers enquiry emails from its EU sending region. Google Gmail holds the messages in our enquiry inbox. The website has no enquiry database and does not retain form submissions. These providers may process data outside the UK under their applicable data protection terms.

Hosting providers also process technical request information, such as IP addresses, for delivery and security. We do not log your enquiry content in the website’s application logs. We use no analytics, advertising trackers or non-essential cookies.

How long we keep it

We normally delete enquiry correspondence from our inbox within 12 months of the enquiry being resolved. We may retain relevant correspondence longer where needed for an ongoing business relationship, a dispute or a legal obligation. Provider delivery records and technical logs are subject to each provider’s retention settings.
